These terms govern your use of SnoreTrace. By using the app, you agree to them.
SnoreTrace records sound while you sleep and presents it afterwards as a volume timeline with the snoring events it found. It is a recording and visualisation tool for your own reference, and nothing more. Detection is not perfect: everyday sounds may be marked as snoring, and quiet snoring may be missed. Please read the figures the app shows as a rough record of the night rather than as a measurement.
You are responsible for how you record in your own environment. The microphone captures whatever is audible in the room, so anyone sharing it with you may be recorded. Please tell them beforehand and obtain their agreement where the law of your region requires it. The developer has no access to your recordings and cannot act on them in any way.
The in-app purchase is a one-time, non-consumable purchase. There is no auto-renewal and no recurring charge. If you reinstall the app or move to a new device, you can restore it from the "Restore Purchases" option inside the app while signed in with the same Apple Account used for the purchase. Refunds follow Apple's policy.
Please do not decompile, modify, or redistribute the app.
Recordings made with the app belong to you. Because they never reach the developer, the developer claims no rights over them and takes no responsibility for their retention. Keeping copies of anything you want to preserve is up to you; deleting the app deletes everything it holds on your device.
The app is provided for recording and reviewing your own nights, and does not guarantee that its detection or its figures are accurate or complete. The developer is liable for ordinary damages arising from use of the app. Except in cases of the developer's intent or gross negligence, the developer is not liable for special or consequential damages or lost profits. Where applicable law — including Japan's Consumer Contract Act — does not permit the developer's liability to be excluded, that law prevails.
These terms may be updated. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page.

本規約は、SnoreTrace（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをご利用いただいた時点で、本規約に同意いただいたものとみなします。
本アプリは、睡眠中の音を録音し、あとから音量タイムラインといびきイベントとして見えるようにするためのものです。あくまでご自身が振り返るための記録・見える化の道具であり、それ以上のものではありません。検知は完全ではなく、生活音をいびきとして拾うことも、小さないびきを取りこぼすこともあります。表示される数値は計測値ではなく、その晩のおおよその記録としてご覧ください。
ご自身の環境でどのように録音するかについては、利用者の責任となります。マイクは部屋で聞こえる音をそのまま録音するため、同室の方も録音される可能性があります。事前にその方にお伝えいただき、お住まいの地域の法令が求める場合には同意を得てください。開発者は録音データにアクセスできず、その内容について何らかの対応を行うこともできません。
App内課金は買い切り（非消費型）です。自動更新や継続的な請求はありません。アプリを再インストールした場合や端末を変更した場合は、購入時と同じApple Accountでサインインした状態で、アプリ内の「購入を復元」から復元できます。返金は Apple の定めるポリシーに従います。
本アプリの逆コンパイル・改変・再配布を禁止します。
本アプリで録音したデータは利用者ご自身のものです。開発者に届くことがないため、開発者はその権利を主張せず、保存の保証も行いません。残しておきたい内容の控えを取っていただくかどうかは利用者の判断となります。アプリを削除すると、端末内に保持されている内容はすべて削除されます。
本アプリは、ご自身の一晩を録音して振り返るためのものであり、検知結果や表示される数値の正確性・完全性を保証するものではありません。本アプリの利用により生じた損害について、開発者は、通常生じうる損害の範囲で責任を負います。ただし、開発者の故意または重大な過失による場合を除き、特別な事情から生じた損害・逸失利益については責任を負いません。消費者契約法その他の法令により開発者の責任を免除できない場合には、当該法令の定めに従います。
本規約は必要に応じて変更されることがあります。変更後の規約は本ページに掲示した時点で効力を生じます。
