SnoreTrace does not collect any user information that the developer can access. No account is required, there is no server of our own, and no advertising, tracking, or analytics SDK is included. The app contains no networking code at all.
Everything the app produces while you sleep — the session log, the volume envelope, and the short audio clips of detected events — is written only inside the app's own area on your device. None of it is uploaded, and neither the developer nor any third party can reach it. The files are stored with iOS file protection enabled.
The microphone records whatever is audible in the room, so the voice or breathing of anyone sharing the room with you may be captured as well. Please let them know before you start recording. As with your own audio, these recordings stay on your device and are never uploaded.
Recorded material leaves your device only when you deliberately hand it to another app yourself — for example by using the iOS share sheet to send a file to Files, Mail, or a messaging app. The app never initiates a transfer on its own. Once you hand a file to another app, that app's own policy applies to it.
The microphone is used only to record while a session that you started is running. The app does not listen in the background outside a session you have started, and it stops using audio input when you stop recording.
The app does not use push notifications. Because it has no network access, no push service is involved.
The one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase is processed by Apple's App Store. The developer never receives your payment details.
Because no personal data ever reaches the developer, there is nothing for us to disclose, correct, or delete. Deleting the app removes every recording and setting held on your device.

SnoreTrace（以下「本アプリ」）は、開発者がアクセスできる形でのユーザー情報を一切収集しません。アカウント登録は不要で、独自サーバーも存在しません。広告・トラッキング・分析SDKは一切組み込まれておらず、通信を行うコードそのものがありません。
睡眠中に本アプリが作成するもの（セッションの記録、音量エンベロープ、検知したイベントの短い音声クリップ）は、すべてお使いの端末内のアプリ領域にのみ書き込まれます。外部に送信されることはなく、開発者を含む第三者がアクセスすることもできません。これらのファイルはiOSのファイル保護を有効にして保存されます。
マイクは部屋で聞こえる音をそのまま録音するため、同室の方の声や寝息も録音されることがあります。録音を始める前にひとことお伝えください。ご自身の音声と同様、これらも端末内にのみ保存され、外部に送信されることはありません。
録音した内容が端末の外に出るのは、あなたご自身が明示的に他のアプリへ渡したときだけです（iOSの共有シートでファイル／メール／メッセージアプリなどに送る場合など）。本アプリの側から送信を始めることはありません。他のアプリへ渡した後の取り扱いは、渡し先のアプリの方針に従います。
マイクは、あなたが開始したセッションの実行中にのみ使用します。開始していない時間にバックグラウンドで聞き取りを行うことはなく、録音を停止すればオーディオ入力の使用も終了します。
本アプリはプッシュ通知を使用しません。通信を行わないため、プッシュ通知の仕組み自体が関与しません。
買い切り（非消費型）のApp内課金の処理は Apple の App Store を通じて行われ、開発者が支払い情報を取得することはありません。
本アプリは開発者がアクセスできる個人データを一切収集しないため、データの開示・訂正・削除等のご請求は発生しません。端末内の録音データと設定は、アプリを削除すればすべて消去されます。
