HabitStreak（以下「本アプリ」）は、開発者がアクセスできる形でのユーザー情報を一切収集しません。アカウント登録は不要で、独自サーバーも存在しません。広告・トラッキング・分析SDKは一切組み込まれていません。
習慣の定義・完了記録・設定は、アプリをインストールしたお使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。外部サーバーやクラウドには送信されず、開発者を含む第三者はアクセスできません。完全にオフラインで動作します。
リマインダー通知はユーザーが習慣ごとに設定した場合のみ、端末内でスケジュールされます。宣伝目的の通知は送信しません。
「HabitStreak Pro」（買い切り・非消費型）の購入処理は Apple の App Store を通じて行われ、開発者が支払い情報を取得することはありません。
本アプリは開発者がアクセスできる個人データを一切収集しないため、データの開示・訂正・削除等のご請求は発生しません。

HabitStreak ("the app") does not collect any user data accessible to the developer. No account signup is required, there are no third-party servers, and the app contains no ads, tracking, or analytics SDKs.
Your habits, completion records, and settings are stored only on the device where you installed the app. Nothing is sent to any server or cloud, and neither the developer nor any third party can access it. The app works fully offline.
Reminders are scheduled locally and only for habits you configure. We never send promotional notifications.
"HabitStreak Pro" (one-time, non-consumable) is processed entirely by Apple's App Store; the developer never receives your payment details.
This app collects no personal data accessible to the developer, so there are no data access, correction, or deletion requests to make.
